We may change these terms and conditions from time to time so please read them each time you use the website to make sure you're kept up to date. By continuing to use this website, you accept the current terms and conditions of use. If you don't agree with these terms and conditions you must not use the website.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Starting from 1 January 2018, the UAE Government has introduced Value Added Tax (VAT) at a standard rate of 5% applicable to most goods and services in the UAE. VOX Cinemas will comply with this mandate and a 5% tax will be applicable to our ticket prices and food and beverage offerings.

Returns Policy
VOX Cinemas account holders can request a credit refund on tickets and F&B purchases up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The full amount (plus any associated booking fee) will be credited into your VOX wallet and can be used again on any online purchase at VOX Cinemas.
Cancellations or changes made to bookings less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, VOX Cinemas is unable to refund tickets purchased at the kiosk, discounted tickets (bank or telco) or tickets with F&B purchases that have been activated via Prepare Now or QR code.
If you would like to exchange your online booking for a different session, please request a credit refund and purchase a new ticket using VOX credit.
How to request a Refund
To request a refund, go to “My Account”, view “Past Purchases” and click "Manage Booking". If your purchase is eligible for a refund, a "Refund Booking" button will be visible. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the refund amount to be credited to your VOX Wallet.
VOX Credit
Credit is valid for 90 days from date of deposit and can be viewed in My Account > WALLET
VOX credit can only be used online
1 VOX credit = 1 AED / 1 KWD / 1 SAR / 1 OMR / 1 LBP / 1 QAR / 1 EGP / 1 BD
VOX credit cannot be exchanged for cash
At checkout, any available VOX credit will be applied to your order automatically
VOX credit can be used on both tickets and F&B
Joining
When you register we'll ask for some details about yourself. From time to time we might ask for additional information for competitions and so on. Your privacy is very important to us and we will not pass on any information about you with any third party unless you have given us your written permission to do so.
